- Service Cancellation & Refund Policy
Refunds depend on the payment mode and the stage of project execution:
If paid in full (one-time payment):
- Before design work starts: 25% service charge deducted; remainder refunded.
- After cover design: 30% deducted.
- After interior formatting: 70% deducted.
- After POD file approval: No refund.
If paid in parts:
- No refunds for partial payments or after 2 months of project initiation.
- Once a SKU is assigned, no refunds will be provided.
- Shipping & Delivery
Books shipped within India use courier partners or Indian Postal Service. International orders are shipped via India Post (Book Post), and tracking may not be available. Production time for print-on-demand titles ranges from 4–6 working days. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. eBooks are stored on our servers for 30 days; please download your copy promptly.
Shipping costs include packaging, logistics, and local handling charges.
- Product Cancellation, Replacement & Refunds
Print-on-demand products (paperbacks/hardcovers) are made-to-order, hence cannot be returned, cancelled, or refunded once ordered. Corporatix is not liable for the quality of content authored by third parties (e.g., spelling, formatting, factual errors).
